We Lost?

I was so sure I was going to win. I guess everything happens for a reason. Just like how Brady died. It was his time for him to go. Even though I don't know Brady that well and wasn't really a friend of him he was a good man. He changed many peoples lives and knew so much about the Bible. He will have a great after life in heaven. On the other hand, Hornbeck! What the heck! I mean we weren't on Brady's side but come on! He just died! As in you will never see him alive AGAIN! Well anyways life is good. For now on I'm going for those sure cases. No more difficult cases for me. Well now its time for me to start leaving this town, Hillsboro. Will have great memories to tell from this experience. One thing i can sure tell is that this guy named Brady had sure inspired my life.

Here We Go

I am relieved. It has been a long day. The Trail had started off pretty swell. Even though we were just picking the jury their were lots of action already. I knew that the Bible followers would definitely just go against anything I say. So i turned them down. And then we agreed on having Mr. Sillers as our last juror. And then i remember i saw this sign that said "Read Your Bible". How come it has to be the Bible? Might as well just put a sign up saying "Read Your Darwin". So the next morning of the trial the first witness was Howard, the little boy. Obviously Brady didn't like the way i approached him and all the things i asked him cause he kept on objecting here and there. Then Davenport called up Miss Raechel Brown up and she could not speak! She kept on stopping in the middle of her sentences and jus sat there with her mouth open at times. I next tried to call up Dr. Amos D. Keller but they rejected me. So then i called to the stand one of the world's most expertson the Bible and its teachings, Mr. Brady. It was kinda hard at the beginning but as i got deeper n deeper by asking him questions about the Bible he started to stutter and he had nothing.

My Arrival

What a crazy day it was. Today I have arrived to Hillsboro. It was not such a pleseant welcome. It felt like, to me, I was not wanted here at all. I came carrying a valise, and all of a sudden I see this lady. She looked at me full in the face and yelled saying "It's the Devil!" and then she just ran away from me all terrified. Then this man walked up to me slowly and stuck his hand out as if he was going to give me a hand shake and said to me, "Hello, Devil. Welcome to Hell." I know I look unusual to many people, but i did not think I looked that bad. Just cause my back was hunched over and all does not mean automatically I am the Devil. Anyways, I am here for a trial. I can get my guy to not be guilty no matter what. I have done it once in Ohio and I can do it again. I am going to try my best. You will see. Well I sure hope that some people around here will stop calling me the Devil and calling me by my real name.
